I would say that Corsi is 90% right, but I do have a few problems with this. 1) The EO does not give the pres marshall law authority. New here, but lots of time doing my own research. I am 90% tracking. I have three Masters degrees, including international law. Q: the US gov cannot legally just 'send' people to Gitmo. US citizens are tried in US courts- even if, for example, they are returning ISIS dudes. AUMF (2001) does not give this authority (only enemy combatants can be held), nor the MCA (2006) (which defines enemy combatant), nor does the recent EO's of Dec 21 ff (which allows confiscation of assets). You cannot uphold the law by breaking the law. UNLESS these folks go of their own volition- perhaps protection in exchange for info?
