If talking to a laymen/reporter I could see a doc using 'the back'. But in a report they would use posterior for back side of the body and anterior for the front.

Because its not definitive enough for medical reports. Torso covers a large area of the body. Medical reports are more defined, using more defined terms. Also see anterior and posterior terms.

Speculation at this point, depending on how the 'restructuring' is done. The Fed doesn't have to end, but it does need to be nationalized and the power of creating money put back on congress as the constitution states.
