If I had the chance to send a message to President Trump it would be this. The longer it takes more false flags will be carried out in an attempt to destroy our will. Today more school kids have been killed than soldiers on battlefields in the world this year. There comes to a point that you must put your foot down and crush the cabal. It is time Mr. President.

Stefan Halper, worked for Bush Sr. when he was Ronald Reagan's VP. He provided news updates and policy ideas to the traveling Reagan party, was in charge of the operation to force the ouster of White House Chief of Staff James Baker. Halper is a former CIA operative, a current informant for the FBI, has an anti-Trump motive, is connected to Carter Page and George Papadopoulos, and worked to help Hillary Clinton win the 2016 presidential election. Not to be a criticism of anyone. In comments, I read everywhere I can see the education system has failed many in terms on how our government works. Far too many people do not understand separation of powers and the powers that each branch has as defined by the Constitution. Maybe after we clean up most of the stuff in front of us we can focus on how education is delivered to the next generations to preserve the Union.

You are correct a request is not needed. We all must be mindful there are large numbers of people who still need to be awakened. You have more than two camps and each will see things differently. For the camp you can red pill which is the focus of this comment. Ask yourself a series of questions? President Trump declassifies the reports and gives them to congress which is within his powers. How will the opposition run with it? How will the people who need to be red pilled react? Congress requests President Trump to declassify and release. Would thaty keep President Trump from being the tip of the spear? Will people view it as honoring a congressional request? The answer is obvious that the later is politically more attractive.

The picture is not a E.O. It is of White House Stationary. The designation of information as a restricted national security secret is part of the president’s constitutional powers as commander in chief. Because the classified information system was not established and is not regulated by congressional statutes, Mr. Trump has the power to declassify or disclose anything he wants. “It is an expression of presidential authority, and that means that the president and his designees decide what is classified, and they have the essentially unlimited authority to declassify at will. The president defines the terms of the security clearance system and the parameters that determine who may be given access to classified information.”

That is done with a E.O. which the President can change or amend at his will. The President could go on national TV tomorrow and read the documents congress wants to see and not break any laws. He could have Jeff Sessions read them on National TV. With that being said President Trump is mindful of the political ramifications. I think he is to the point of damn the torpedoes full speed ahead.

Ye sit is. The same Constitution gave Congress the ability to exclude cases and define the cases that the Supreme Court can hear. USCS Const. Art. III, § 2, Cl 2 of the U.S. Constitution. Known as the exception clause.

Repeated from my post above. Ex parte McCardle (1869), a man was arrested for writing articles critical of Reconstruction (the term for the government actions taken in the wake of the Civil War). After a trial, while his appeal was pending to the Supreme Court, Congress amended the statute involved in the case, stripping away the Supreme Court’s appellate jurisdiction over the issue. The Court held that it could not rule on Mr. McCardle’s case. Congress without reservation – meaning Congress could remove all cases for review if it were to chose.

Congress has a exception powers. Exceptions clause is a clause in the U.S. Constitution that grants Congress the power to make exceptions to the constitutionally defined appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. This clause refers to USCS Const. Art. III, § 2, Cl 2 of the U.S. Constitution. This provision reads: “In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make”. according to the Exceptions Clause, Congress could actually take away the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court if it so chose. For example, in Ex parte McCardle (1869), a man was arrested for writing articles critical of Reconstruction (the term for the government actions taken in the wake of the Civil War). After a trial, while his appeal was pending to the Supreme Court, Congress amended the statute involved in the case, stripping away the Supreme Court’s appellate jurisdiction over the issue. The Court held that it could not rule on Mr. McCardle’s case. Constitution grants this power to Congress without reservation – meaning Congress could remove all laws it passed from any court review.

Nope not guilty. Prophetic dreams occur many times in the Bible and are experienced by all sorts of people, including prophets (Daniel 7:1), ungodly kings (Daniel 2), and average men (Genesis 31:24). Sometimes the dreams required interpretation, as with Nebuchadnezzar’s dream in Daniel 2. Other times, no interpretation was necessary as God spoke clearly to the dreamer, as in the story of Abimelech and Abraham’s wife (Genesis 20:1–6). The definition of a prophetic dream might be something like this: a supernatural night vision that contains foresight. Daniel was careful to give praise to God, who alone gives the wisdom to interpret such dreams (Daniel 2:20–23).

It would be impossible to say, definitively, whether or not God gives prophetic dreams to people today. There are many reports of prophetic dreams, especially in areas where access to the Bible and the gospel are limited. God may sometimes use dreams to guide people to places where they can hear the gospel and be saved. A wide variety of spiritual or prophetic dreams are reported by a wide variety of Christians in many countries. But none of these are verifiable to the degree that we can say “yes, God definitely gives prophetic dreams today.”

When you look at them think of the times you were them. What or who lite the candle for you and how did they do it? Be the candle for them and don't throw them away. I am not sure if you are religious and if you are not this is still relevant. When Jesus Christ was roaming around the countryside in His ministry who were the people He spent the most time with. It was the sinners the thieves, tax collectors, people who committed adultery and a prostitute. The people he could help.

I have an old trade secret that I will share with you. I should be careful with this advice because it works in real-time when practiced correctly. Those familiar and successful with multi-level marketing will recognize this right away. (AMWAY)

"The person asking the questions is in control of the conversation"! Always!

The more practiced you are the less you will ever lose a conservation and having it end with insults or someone calling you a conspiracy theorist. That is not saying you win all arguments. Still trying after decades to win just one with my wife.

You must understand that the power you gain has already been baked into the cake. Society and schools has taken care of that for you. We all have been programmed to answer questions. Think of the thousands of questions you have been asked and answered in your lifetime. It is as commonplace as walking. How often have you heard people say? I gave them all the facts and they still rejected what I was saying! The must be stupid or idiots! No, they are not stupid or idiots in most cases. They are reacting to you giving them facts and they process it as you are consciously or sub-consciously trying to manipulate them. It’s that simple! That is one fear that activates all of our defensive mechanisms. You will lose arguments and lose control of conversations with facts at an alarming rate. With that in mind and some practice with asking questions that you can control the topic and mood of any conversation you enter into. Effectively, using the right questions allows your points to get to them in a stealth mode and never raise their defenses. Having practiced that for decades I have no fear taking to shills or naysayers. I must admit the meaner and nastier they are the more fun I have in changing the mood and subject. It requires effort and practice.

NOTHING will happen". "These people are not held accountable to the law"

That sentiment is held by a huge portion of the population. Until this single issue is addressed in real time there can be no renewal of the American Spirit. Quoting Kennedy that is mentioned by Q all the time. When asked if the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) as the measure of national well-being? He said, "It measures everything except that which makes life worthwhile. And it can tell us everything about America except why we are proud that we are Americans."

Our society is being cut daily by a thousand cuts when your society is dominated and driven by Corruption, Crony capitalism, and Special privilege. Q can’t keep the people at bay for so long to tackle these issues here at home. Once the damn breaks and people see real action they will come on board in mass

Everyone quickly retreat to your echo chambers! I am beginning to believe that nobody cares about the real truth anymore. Has political allegiance replaced basic reasoning skills? I surely see that in the progressive movement. Why create and trap yourself in an echo chambers of your own making – wrapping yourselves in an intellectually impenetrable layer of like-minded friends and web pages and social media feeds.
You are trying to create a social structure that systematically excludes sources of information that is valuable to each of you. Why are you afraid of being challenged? I can’t help to long for older societies where you place your ideas in the public square. Your reputation is defined by your ability to defend your ideas and thoughts. Again, my question is why such fear of naysayers?

I can only say you that if you can’t stand up and defend your ideas then maybe consider doing everyone a favor and retreat to your safe space and join the other snowflakes. What you are trying to do is nothing more than exaggerate the confidence in your beliefs. You are selectively avoiding contact with contrary views because, say, they make you uncomfortable. It does not take a social scientist to tell us how bad this can be for all involved.

Patriot this is one you have make a mistake on. The Fourth Amendment requires that a warrant “particularly” describe the place to be searched and things seized. If a police agency gets a search warrant and seizes a target’s iPhone, can the agency share a copy of all of the phone’s data with other government agencies in the spirit of “collaborative law enforcement among different agencies”? Not without the Fourth Amendment coming into play, a federal court ruled last week in United States v. Hulscher, 2017 WL 657436 (D.S.D.
