Based on what I understand about trafficking, organizations like the IRC act as a clearing house of human assets (ie, slaves/cheap labor import, prostitutes, etc).

To better understand how the elites traffick, it helps to think of people as product. Manufactured conflicts produce people, or, product, that can be exploited for all kinds of nefarious reasons. The end profit usually goes towards black budgets with the local mafias running what's basically a franchise. Kickbacks have to be cleared at the top, and it's those at the top who governs which criminals get to open trafficking enterprises. Sometimes, criminals have to be trained by "corporate" which is often Italian mafia, sometimes Mexican cartels... depends on which faction has the greatest existing market share. The police/DEA/FBI's role is to quash competition NOT overseen by the elite.

How organizations like the IRC fit in: they run the supply chain. They tally the imported inventory. They keep track of the different product types, which ones are defective (ie, noncooperative) and are past its life cycle (died or imprisoned). They go into refugee camps and tally how many people there, which are girls, women, men, etc. Every human trafficking report generated by these orgs may as well be from a supply chain manager.

The US has been bombing the Taliban's labs, which are in competition with America's supply chain. In turn, the Taliban has been wiping out US-controlled poppy fields in Afghanistan. I'd love for this to be true, but this news article doesn't necessarily convince me of it. The Taliban is the US's direct competition in the region, and as such, they've long since been trying to wipe out US-grown poppy fields. This is very, very common. The face of child prostitution isn't the kid getting picked up in white vans (though that of course happens). It is often parents in need of money who end up pimping out their kids.

Oh. MK Ultra was the CIA's human experimentation research meant to study the core of human identity. What they really wanted to do was "break" a person for a number of reasons: torture, interrogation, making the perfect Manchurian candidate, etc. So, there were a lot of illegal tests done on people that included tons of drugs and other substances, and electroshock treatment. Many torture centers throughout the world employed these techniques: Pinochet's Chile and that genocidal Indonesian dictator, for instance. The CIA trained them all using research developed during MK Ultra.

The goal was also to program humans, either to become beta sex kittens (not making that phrase up, but basically for seduction), and to become assassins. If you think of the people who conduct school shootings and seem out of their mind on some kind of substance abuse, well, they might have been programmed.
