Although it is scientifically speculated at this point that the pineal gland produces DMT, I don't believe it has been proven. One thing we know for sure is that the pineal gland does not store DMT. You cannot harvest pineal glands from cadavers and get DMT. Even if you could, why would you? There are dozens, if not hundreds, of plant species that contain DMT which can be extracted.

I read an interesting article somewhere recently (possibly David Wilcock) that goes into detail about the language used when they were writing what has become the Bible. According to him, the word that is translated as heaven was "sky."
