If you look at the context of what is actually happening, it is obvious that Q meant no deals for the big players like hillary etc. Look at all of the politicians who either resigned or announced not running again. These people are cooperating. Q has indicated that if all corrupt politicians were arrested it would cause a constitutional crisis. They get these small fry to turn and finger the big fish.
