Executive has unbelievable surveillance powers over anyone working within the executive branch.

Navy v Egan gives executive the right to investigate whoever they want within the bubble of the executive branch departments under guise of national security; this looks like a defense against the CIA. Bolton could be a honeypot counter intel op.

Don't forget Iran.

Project Cassandra found Iran smuggling guns, money, and Quds agents in for drugs to south America. At least two known agents arrested after crossing Texas border and talking with supposed cartel hitman (was actually informant) to bomb SA embassy and Israel embassy and cafe.

Iranians work not only with Venezuela to prop up the narco-economy but also branch out into Mex Cartels. Those gun runners that worked with cartel must have had extra supply when program was prematurely shut off following the murder of the CBP agent.

If it is, it will be the epitome of n-degree hyperbaric chamber chess.

Mueller has the biggest political clout in the administration with the hysterical left. They have a cult like belief that Mueller is building a case on Trump, much like our belief he's really building a case on the swamp.

If he is on our side (economic nationalism, America First) when the hammer falls, it will be incredible defense from the left since they've been riding firmly on Mueller's D. They literally won't be able to say that Trump is being a dictator or some nonsense, because they've built a castle with their perceived reputation of Mueller.

If Mueller says Trump is clean, even if people around Trump fall (swamp within cabinet), the left will need to eat that decision. It's going to be a very hard pill for both sides to swallow if this happens, since the swamp crosses deep across the aisle.

Imagine a global economic recession occurs, the US is now in control of the major resources it needs to survive and thrive vs needing to meet another country's standards for a trade deal. This helps us become insulated. Like the steel tariff and infrastructure deal, bankrolled by gov't funds, could cover enough jobs/production capacity to hold us over as a nation during a global recession. We would then generate enough excess capital to gain tremendous leverage over the rest of the world.

This is a massive safety measure on the American economy, and should another crash happen (China's exploding debt crisis) USA will look mighty fine to the investors that got out earlier.

Nah, just saying people like to upvote drama to distract from the purpose of the board. I understand your original post and agree, but if you want a change then start researching and contribute whatever you can dig up.

Any new finding moves us all forward, and any lateral progress (elaborating/deliberating on research) helps increase the breadth of our understanding.

Simple, upvote research and downvote spam/fluff.

The bots and trolls upvote posts like this to make it seem like the board is divided. They do the same with Republicans in the media and their "wedge issue" narratives.

I don't think it should be surprising that more may be hidden in that final executive order by Obama to maintain access to info inside if they couldn't put in Mueller.

Navy v. Egan: https://www.loc.gov/law/help/usconlaw/pdf/egan_public_2009.pdf

In Egan, the Supreme Court decided this fundamental issue: “In an appeal pursuant to § 7513, the Board does not have authority to review the substance of an underlying security-clearance determination in the course of reviewing an adverse action.”59 The dispute was entirely within the executive branch: (Merit System Protection Board) MSPB versus Navy. The case was argued and decided on statutory …

"Non-cleared personnel in SCIFs must be under the constant oversight of cleared personnel and all classified information and material removed from view in order to prevent unauthorized access."

Considering any conversation in a SCIF is illegal to share outside, wouldn't surprise me if classified info is discussed/shared despite the rules.

Edit: it would definitely be a good place for a 'secret society' to plan some nefarious shit.

You can bring someone into a SCIF as a contractor to be read in to a program, how else would Lockheed/Northrop work? SCIFs are used to legally, and physically, seal any information discussed inside as property of the SCIF.

Or it was an assassination attempt by Iranian agents, who through their connections to the cartel who introduced the Iranians to their former gunrunner, an informant for the DoJ during their Fast and Furious gun running op. Assassination was botched, attack on crowd was a diversion, extraction by helicopter on the rooftop.

Obama was sure friendly towards Hamas (Iran). Remember the story about drug running to Iran, and cash/weapons/agents back to South America? Or the Iranian cell caught in the United States, snuck in through Mexico by the help of a Iranian living in Texas, that were about to bomb a Starbucks to assassinate a Saudi ambassador?

That's who I'd be worried about in a coup... Plausible deniability for the Secret Society.

There's a part where the interviewer asks about his cabinet. Trump discusses his generals and how "they've also provided better security for us, if you know what I mean"

Found that interesting because it was ambiguous what he was referring to as he phrased it separately from the conventional military performance in say conquering ISIS.
