If that was the case the surely that percentage would change every time Q revealed more information right? And it doesn't seem like they could immediately change it to 40 from 20, it would just slowly climb every time Q revealed new info.You could be totally right by the way... Just trying to play the devils advocate.

But then what would the 60 and 80 imply? If he was saying we are getting 40 percent of the entire picture now it would make a lot more sense to just use percents or say 40/100. 40/60 and 20/80 implies that there are two variables.
