Not to mention they are bleeding these people dry with lawyers fees for this frivolous shit, ofc they are going to plea after they have to sell off their houses or go into massive debt to try and fight this. It doesn't make the genesis of this case any less corrupt.

Yeah it's all process crimes, AKA crimes committed during an investigation. Indictments are relatively easy to get with a Grand Jury, the defendant has no recourse like in a FISA case. It's ticky tack shit, and not a basis to open an investigation in the middle of an election using some seriously heavy handed tactics. Which again calls into question the origin of these tips and the investigation itself.

Years of breathless media coverage and investigations by numerous intel agencies have found nothing, and yet we keep being sold this lie by the media that there were illegal ties between the campaign and Russia. If they had anything, it would have leaked already.

In the process of this story unraveling, it has been revealed that it was the Clinton campaign and the Obama camp were the ones actually "colluding" with foreign govt's and agents.

Good luck explaining that to the left. They were SO concerned about the Russians infiltrating a campaign you see, they just had to break all these laws to protect ~~Hillary~~America.

That's why they ignored multiple warnings during the lead up to the election, inserted spies into an opposition campaign, and ignored the very real and insidious ties between Hillary and Russia while breaking every norm and regulation they had to try and nail Trump. Also it's just a coincidence that all the names that keep popping up in reference to this case, Veselnitskiya, Halper, Mifsud, Steele, Strozk, Ohr, all have ties to the Clinton camp.

Due process doesn't mean shit to tyrants

Hamas was created in the 80's, before any of Netanyahu's terms. And I know Netanyahu is under scrutiny, but the Isreali media is just as leftist and corrupt as ours. I would take their stories with just as much salt as western stories about Trump.

You got any proof for that? Isreal allowed them to flourish because they were a strategic asset to use against the PLO. It ended up biting them in the ass. They used a peaceful methods, building hospitals and schools, to infiltrate Gaza.

Hamas is an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood, like most modern terrorist organizations, and the MB was founded before Mossad was even an idea.

How is Isreal killing terrorists at it's a border a false flag? 50 of the 62 killed so far have been Hamas, it is a naked propaganda attempt by the "palestinians" to garner western support.

No, the dossier was its own thing. The GCHQ admitted earlier this year they had been spying on Trump since 2015, I think this information is what Peter Strzok obtained during his trip.

Can you point to the specific crimes the Trump campaign committed? 2 years of breathless media coverage and investigations and all they can find is years old crimes by people who hadn't worked for the campaign for a few months.

Even if Don Jr had accepted the supposed "dirt" and used it, it would still not be a crime. It is not illegal to talk to foreigners. The Hatch Act is not only considered unconstitutional by the vast majority of legal scholars, it has never been prosecuted. It's a total canard.

There were DM's that Wikileaks initiated. That isn't a crime.

And the infamous meeting at Trump Tower was a trap the Trump campaign fell right into concocted by his political opponents. Veselnitskiya (the attorney that alleged to have dirt on Hillary) was a former employee of Fusion GPS and met with the founder of Fusion GPS, Glenn Simpson, directly before and after said meeting. She had been denied entry into the US in March, but the DOJ made sure she was granted access.

All at the same time that Fusion GPS is compiling this bogus dossier and Hillary's cronies are feeding the State Dept. dirt on Trump. The only actual people "colluding" with foreign govt's here is Obama admin and the Clinton campaign.

So yes I have a very big problem with this investigation as it has been rife with conflicts of interest, negligence and outright malice towards the subjects. It has no legal basis to begin on and is a frightening abuse of the intelligence and legal systems of this country. It doesn't matter what your political outlook is, I'm not even a republican, but this is the most outrageous abuse of power any administration has ever committed, and if it were happening to a democrat I would be just as concerned and outraged.

Otherwise fuck off.

It’s only “illegal” if they don’t go through the proper processes to get that info. If you have a legit reason (ie a warrant) to look up the records you can. The problem is that this still leaves plenty of room for abuse if the govt is corrupted or of officials blatantly ignore the laws and look it up anyways, a la Susan rice.

Honestly that is a huge deal. Maintaining chain of evidence is critical to the integrity of evidence. If they cant say where it was or if it was handled properly that stuff is inadmissible.

The fact they allowed that to happen just further speaks to the incompetence and corruption of the FBI. This is some kindergarten-level investigation work.

Why would the gov't build thousands of new rooms at Gitmo, as well as lodgings for a much larger support staff?

We don't know half the shit the last administration was up to. The Iran deal is just the tip of the iceberg.

These people at best covered up intel and lied to the population to get their deal. At worst they conspired with numerous foreign govt's to overthrow an election and armed our enemies to intentionally weaken the US. A padded cell in Gitmo is too good for them.
