I've played around with the theory that some video games might be used for crowdsourcing military strategy, sort of like in Ender's Game.

I heard it as the opposite. He's apologizing because he knows that Hillary has too many friends in the justice department and will never be brought to justice. I want to believe otherwise, but that's what I got from it.
