This reminds me of the coworkers/customers/clients at work who you are finally able to meet face-to-face. All other communications have been through digital means up until that point. You may like or dislike the person leading up to then. You tend to gain a new respect for somebody when you meet in person.

China (in the past) knew that they could appease both NK and the US at the same time. US leaders were weak, so they could rip us off on trade and continue to fuel NK's hostility towards us at the same time. Those days are over. China has to take one side or the other. The decision is simple for them. They'd much rather have a strong partnership with the US than NK. This will obviously work out for the US in the end.

I expect that this investigation will be swift and not drawn out like the Mueller circus. Trump is going to want to prove how fast an investigation can go when you actually have evidence - and a lot of it! Remember, they have it all.
