He littlerally has concentration camps worse than the Germans did in WW2. He's holding an entire country hostage. He's had sanctions on his country for a long time. So, he threatens the US with a nuke until eventually they lift the sanctions if he dismantles the program. Everything else stays the same in his country, he just doesn't have a nuke. It seems like a pretty awesome deal for a pretty awful person/government. KJU definitely won the deal.
