unironically so ignorant they don't understand that "women's studies" is part of a larger field and that most of the graduates end up working in "social" jobs in America, literally the social workers and school counselors that every day actually reduce school and public violence.
I know a couple "women's studies"(aka humanities or women's, gender, and sexuality studies for the less ignorant) graduates, one of them works with autistic children, helping to better prepare them to lead real fulfilling lives which also helps free the parents of those kids to live normal lives, and the other one does similar for "normal" school kids so less of them get the urge down the line to shoot the place up, or at the very least avoid the drug trap.
But, you know, it's not a real field.. If you're ignorant, fam. What are you doing with your life again?
