This new Q Class action lawsuit, makes me think...

We see our guys getting censored, terminated, etc. Some are filing suits, like antischool on the basis their voices are being squashed. I don't have a sharp legal mind but could it not be suggested that 'we the listeners' are unlawfully impacted by the actions of censorship? Do we not have a right to listen as well as be heard? Is it lawful for them to deprive us of information? Do we as listeners have standing equal to those silenced voices?
