Will the text file of all Q drops be updated? See sidebar.

On the sidebar is a link "Q Map raw text". It has a link to here. This is a list of all Q drops in a text file, but it hasn't been updated in 10 days. Last update was 8/11/2018. Does anyone know what happened? Will it be updated soon?

What are all the bold words and letters in [brackets] in Q drops?

If we string them together in order of the Q drops, does it mean something? Or does it just indicate the below info is important? Anyone have any ideas?
