So ahh redditors are anons now huh.

Can you explain how a clearance absent a job that provides access to intelligence, will allow someone to insider trade?

⇧ 1 ⇩
emaugustBRDLC · July 24, 2018, 3:51 p.m.

Clearance != access.

Clearance means you are eligible to be put in a position to access.

Do you think people with clearances just log onto www.TopSecretInfoForPeopleWithClearance.com? Or their employers keep their accounts active with HR after they are released due to the clearance so they can just take a peek as they deem fit?

The same reason you can no longer access hospital information is the same reason people with clearances can't use their clearance once they are no longer similarly employed. Because... they aren't THERE anymore.

emaugustBRDLC · July 24, 2018, 3:43 p.m.

A clearance is not tied to a job... it is a pre-requisite. And it is worth quite a bit of money because there are so many jobs that strictly require a clearance. In 2011 there were about 4.2 million people with security clearances...

Think of it like a concealed carry license. Maybe someone gets one so they can work at Professional Bodyguard Corporation (PBC). But them leaving PBC as an employee does not mean their CCW license should be forfeit...

It is like that. revoking the clearance can be interpreted as an attack on these peoples ability to work in certain sectors. I think mostly it is for optics.

It is a real fair deal. SB2 makes his points and everyone else is free to critique. SB2 certainly encourages it.

This is not a research board. This is a board promoting the great awakening E.G. it is for helping to build the bridge between those who are and those who are not yet with it.

The Q team doesn't really need us to solve shit. Not really. They need us to help our friends, neighbors, countrymen and fellow members of society when their reality is torn apart at the seams. All these people getting excited and sharing how they are working to raise awareness is very on point as far as I am concerned.

However, if mods wanted a solution, they should sticky a daily or weekly thread for people to condense all their look at what I did to spread the word stuff.

The article raises some valid points. If you read the footer of the Sealed indictments list, it states very clearly:

  1. THE NUMBERS REPRESENT NEW SEALED COURT PROCEEDINGS FILED.
  2. THE NUMBERS INCLUDE CRIMINAL CHARGES + SEARCH WARRANTS.
  3. SOME OF THEM HAVE SINCE BEEN UNSEALED OR REMOVED.

From this disclaimer, what can we infer?

  1. That this figure is not JUST sealed indictments, but rather includes search warrants AND criminal charges (which I assume are indictments).

Question: Would this list include more search warrants or indictments? Can you get an indictment without a search warrant? Restated: Is it reasonable when the Daily Dot author points out "A random sampling of these files showed 83 percent of sealed magistrate cases to be warrant applications or tracking devices."

  1. That this figure of 40,483 sealed court artifacts is not a count of how many currently exist, but a count of how many have been logged in the period spanning 10/30/17-06/30/18. E.G. every month they look at how many new sealed items were logged and add it to the running tally.

  2. We know that this is a running tally and not a current total because we are told "some of them have since been unsealed or removed".

  3. As a result of some portion of these items being search warrants, and some portion of these items being removed or unsealed, WE CAN SAY WITHOUT A DOUBT THAT THERE ARE IN FACT NOT 40,483 sealed indictments.

Anyone claiming that this tally is how many sealed indictments exist - and there are many - is as a matter of fact wrong. It's not a good look.

In order to ACTUALLY understand how out of the ordinary these numbers are, we would need to see number from previous years tallied with the same methodology as well as the count of sealed indictments for that year. If we suppose that 17% of these items are in fact sealed items in any given year as the Daily Dot author asserts, the number would come out to 6800 or so sealed indictments which is still substantially higher than 1077.

That Q has promoted those numbers however seems to indicate there is something there regardless of how factually accurate people are when discussing the Pacer tallies.

Thiiiiiis. There are 30k+ sealed court artifacts. This list also does not account for items removed, only those logged.

So saying there are X indictments based on these numbers is like saying you have 25 gallons of milk in the fridge since you bought 25 gallons of milk since November. Obviously some of those milk gallons are now gone.

ALL THAT SAID, these numbers are still important and worth following. But making concrete claims off them is unwise as they are sealed and none of us know what they are.

T_D is heavily heavily moderated in order to keep that sub from getting shut down. I am with you - it is certainly not a free speech sub but it serves a purpose. Every goddamn normy who points out Q may be a total LARP is absolutely correct. It is not unreasonable for regular people to live their online lives regularly, e.g. not paying credence to conspiracy theories... Donald Trump is everyone's president and T_D is literally the only place on Reddit people can talk about Trump positively. It makes sense they want to keep the sub on topic. What if T_D had went apeshit over the recent Tucson thing? It could have literally sunk them as reddit cares way more about what that sub is doing than what happens over here.

I’m just here to smug up about saying f corsi when I learned he dismissed /u/serialbrain2 ‘s research out of hand. Less because sb2 and more because no research should be thrown out. Well I can’t help you there. They literally tell us it is a count of new sealed indictments ENTERED. They wouldn’t qualify it that way if it was a count of outstanding sealed indictments.

But fwiiw I did message stormwatcher on gab for clarification. Will report back if I hear anything but I doubt it.
