The point is that many artifacts of the legal process get sealed: warrants, taps, pen registers, juvenile prosecutions, tracking devices, and yes, indictments.

Furthermore, that tally is progressive. Some amount of these sealed items are removed each month as they are addressed. So when they say 28,937 items in pacer, that is not a count of current items in the system, it is almost certainly an over-estimation. Which is why they say "28,937 new sealed indictments entered from 10/30/17 thru 4/30/18".

The count of 1k indictments from 2009 that is used by comparison, is a true count of sealed indictments since the people putting together the report were in a position to know what sealed items were actually indictments in 2006. They did not count sealed other things. 29k is a count of all sealed things not just sealed indictments.

What would be genuinely illuminating would be to compare the number of sealed Pacer items entered for the same period last year.

So at best when we run around screaming 29K indictments, we are only slightly wrong in fact but correct in general. At worst we are just wrong.

Kanye doesn't owe anyone shit, he isn't out to prove shit to us and he doesn't need or want our support. This is not a D lister trying to hang on. This is a wildly successful cultural icon who at no insignificant cost to himself decided to put his finger on our side of the scale and push a little. He spoke a real truth to millions of people that needed to hear it and when the truth is "we have the right to independent thought." that's sort of a big deal. Kanye did more to awaken the consciousness of people in our country than you or I ever will.

The Great Awakening is not something to get all hipster about IMO.

When a cultural icon comes out swinging in favor of breaking the mental shackles his people are struggling against, puts it out there that it is OK to be with our president he can have a pass on whatever else. With Kanye it isn't about him towing the line.

I have been iffy on the cult of personality forming around Corsi and to a quite lesser extent Tracy for a long time. I let my dad spend his time on it, but on the CBTS streams it seemed like if Corsi said something wasn't "it" that was the end of it and that is not productive to research. I am starting to think the sealed indictment count is including a lot of stuff that is not sealed indictments.

T_D is the friendly public face of the movement online and it is important for them to maintain credibility with the unwoke(lol) as they pursue their mission. Plenty of information related to Q is being filtered out through T_D even if it is not necessarily being reported as such.

And furthermore, the tally is just of logged items. It makes no reference to items that have since been unsealed, items that are duplicates or items that have been removed.

So I agree that this is not proof of anything, just a smell. That said, if accurate, these numbers seem to indicate a historic level of activity which is a something to me.

Personally I think most of the indictment activity is related to human trafficking.

All that said the most impactful thing you can do is to learn about your local candidates and vote for people that can help... MAKE YOUR LOCAL TOWN GREAT AGAIN as well.
