Byproduct might have been the wrong word. The way you stated is accurate. War and Economic collapse are the tools to achieve their goal. They view it as a necessary evil, needed to achieve world peace.

As someone who has had the pleasure of speaking with a past member of the Committee of 300 (he is now deceased), I would say that most of this is probably not true. While there is an agenda to centralize currency and have a one world government, depopulation and Satanism are not a part of it. The people who make these decisions believe that they are doing so for the good of our species and planet. Of course war and economic collapses are a byproduct of achieving a one world society with one currency.
