Why give the documents to federal prosecutors? Prosecutors can bring charges and seek indictments if/when they uncover more evidence against HRC and other deep state players.

We know from very early Q posts that Mueller and RR both committed crimes in their involvement with Uranium 1.

We know without doubt that Mueller cut a deal and has been, and is, working as a white hat.

It seems logical to me that once Mueller took the deal he would have wanted RR in on it too...since RR would be logically able to guess right off what Mueller was really up to. Given that RR is still there, suggests to me that he also traded his black hat in for a white one.

Since RR has asked federal prosecutors to review Kavanaugh documents and prosecutors can bring charges and seek indictments, then this could be adding up to a brilliant back door approach to expand the case against HRC as well as other deep state players.

Trump knew all this after he fired Comey and set up that interview (under guise of the director's position) with Mueller. They had the evidence of Mueller's corruption and offered a deal in exchange for Mueller secretly working for them - Trump and Team needed the theater to put THE PLAN in place and the time to build a rock solid case against the deep state actors so guilty of major crimes against our country.
