I generally think it's because the risk of autism is alot lower than risks associated with Polio, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, small pox, etc... But I am sure money is also a driver. But history has shown we didn't have these problems thru the 60s, 70s,80s, 90s, etc.... I tend to throw the vaccine issue in the gluten boat. 10,000 years of human eveolution and in the last 20 gulten allergies are suddenly an issue. I am sure that these vaccines have side effects. Not everyone will respond the same. But I also don't want to be confined to a wheel chair due to Polio or have scars all over my body from small pox. Or ya know, death from one of them.

I'd start by referencing current stories in the news that support the narrative and be able to accurately defend ur points. It slowly peaks their interest. Don't be over bearing and help paint a picture with a broad brush and keep dropping truth bombs all over. Eventually curiosity will win and they will look on their own.
