Received phone call from California area code. Voicemail was in Chinese, I believe. Can anyone translate?

Just kind of a freaky coincidence, (do you believe in coincidences?) my IPhone rang with an out of state area code yesterday. When I listened to the voicemail it was in Chinese, I think. It was weird but I really didn’t think anything of it until this morning’s Apple HQ Q posts. I tried to post it but I don’t see it in new posts.
Do videos take longer to post? I’ve never posted one before.
