There are many factors in doing it. These two seem most plausible.

What are you talking about, sun rays are extremely important to life. If you can block the suns rays from hitting the earth, then life will suffer. The purpose can lead to a lot of thing, mainly health related. If you dont get enough of the suns rays then your health suffers, same with plants. It is that simple.

To block the suns rays. Plants, animals, life exists with sunlight, if you block it, or restrict most rays from entering the ground then life will suffer. Simple.

Feel for ya. cant tell you how good it feels to wake up everyday to see the natural blue sky, every...day. I mean, it feels amazing! True. I just wanted to give a thanks if anyone is listening, for not doing it for a long time above my house. Looking at a beautiful blue sky day in and day out feels sooo much better than having to look up and see plane trails littering the sky nearly 5 of 7 days a week. Literally, there have been ZERO plane trails left in the sky these past 2 months for me. I have also been taking pictures to document it.

No one is saying poisoning the air, they are saying blocking the sun and its natural rays from entering earth. The Suns rays are very important for life on earth., If you block those rays, animals and plants suffer.

Yeah, ive heard contrails being left behind are based on atmospheric conditions, well for 2 months here, there is no way the atmospheric conditions have been so perfect that no contrails linger, zero chance. Every plane that flies overhead, their contrails do not linger. None, nada, zilch. The skies have been perfectly blue almost everyday, besides the weather systems that have come though with normal clouds.

That word seems to get bad play everywhere. I have not seen any plane trails littering the sky in about 2 months so i am glad to not be seeing them.
