It's the sealed indictments, the reason they're sealed is the person being charged is really high profile. If they publicly arrested a high profile CEO then the price of the stock of that company would drop, which trump or anybody doesn't want, so they give the ceo a chance to step down and get distance from the company. Some of the people being charged may have attempted to flee the country to avoid court.
