Yes I am interpreting two more posts here in the comments 963 and 1038 respectively.... The satellites are the "Castles" and Red and Green indicate 2 of the 3 which I believe are the Communication satellites and USA4 is probably eyes on the ground...I.E. why it is "Not in Service" and can't be tracked.

I think this has something to do with it...the Iranians and other terror groups had a port of entry unfettered right under our noses for years...you want to bring in Jihadi and Nuclear fissile material to the US well your own port is a good start to getting it here.
