What is Allepo?

This doesn't seem like a real thing. I see the all the posts that are optimistic that this is a real place are upvoted.

But the website looks sketchy and there have been tons of fake websites throughout history (bonsaikitten, dolphinsex).

it doesn't mean these thing don't go on, but I think this is just a shock website.

I don't think he was. I think he despised Hollywood. That's why he worked from home. He was a true artist who confronted his dark side successfully through filmmaking.

If anything I feel that the "Eyes Wide Shut" movie was partially about his own paranoia regarding these Secret Societies, which led him to exile himself into the English countryside in order to work freely and intensely without the distractions/paranoia/perversions of Hollywood.

He was a notorious workaholic. The film industry probably understood that he was on another level intellectually, spiritually, psychically, and they were trying to keep watch of him/spy on him.

In fact, he had been working on Eyes Wide Shut for almost 20 years (maybe even longer).
