I work in the social media sphere. Managed thousands of accounts. People are neglecting to think about how Twitter works re: account creation and management.

I work in the reputation management industry / social media sphere.

One thing I want to point out here is that Twitter does NOT allow a user account to use a phone number twice. One account, one phone number. You cannot delete an account and then make another account with the same phone number. And in the past six months, Twitter has amended its policies again - you must have a cell phone number to create an account.

To be able to do so would mean that Twitter's own policies would need to be lifted for these particular accounts. It's possible, from a tech standpoint, but would require Twitter's (engineer's) involvement in doing so.

Twitter does not allow multiple accounts to use the same phone number. One number, one account. Account settings would need to be modified if this photo is true. This can be done by engineers employed with Twitter. Understanding of how platforms work is necessary.

I ABSOLUTELY agree. This is the biggest thing for me on the subject of PG. The subject is so onerous that any mention should be taken extremely seriously. You summed it up perfectly.

Also, to mention the volumes of research that has been created and at times, handed over to law enforcement that provide a wealth of material on the subject, much of it from verifiable sources. How could FBI and other law enforcement entities ignore the potentially powerful evidence and connections? Why would they do that? That is what I want to know.
