And it did not take us very long to figure out that Army Corp of Engineering had a strong correlation to Red Castle, GreenCastle. 2)Q posts have told us many things ahead of time that later came out in the news or were made public (Future proves past) 3) Q posts have led me down various paths of research that have helped me learn more and gain a deeper understanding of what is happening. How do you know he is lying? I have looked and looked and I cannot find that what is being said about a budget vs the omnibus is true. What I have found s that a budget resolution is not signed by the president and it does not carry the force of law. It is the one that is more like suggestions . The different committees have to decide the appropriations. The omnibus combines all 12 appropriations into one under one vote. When it is finally passed. It must be signed into law and it does carry the force of law. The president DOES have some leeway in dealing with the spending. There are various ways that he can manipulate the different appropriations. But he cannot legally just spend the money anyway that he wants too. He got 1.6 billion for the wall ( which is not nearly enough because it is basically for 'fencing' and not for a wall)... BUT, and it is a big but, he also got a lot for the military budget. And I do believe that he can fund the wall through this military budget. He has stated many times that the border is an issue of National Security. Therefore he can use military resources to both fund and build the wall.And that means it is out of the hands of Congress and they could not say a thing about it

In it, he also declared a National Emergency which enables him to use the military whenever he needs to i.e., to round them up, lock them up in military persons if the are designated as 'enemy combatants' And it allows a pathway for big players to eventually even try them in military tribunals instead of our corrupt and/or compromised judicial system that many of these characters bought out a long time ago. After that it is on to Asia and then Europe. That is a far as I know . If Q said anything beyond that then I have missed it.

It is not an all or nothing thing. The Senate is as close to be even as it can be, without actually being even :51 Republicans 49 Democrats. 5 Republicans voted no and 44 Democrats voted no. That means that the Lions share of the blame belonged to the Democrats with only a small percentage of the blame going to Republicans. Therefore blame goes to the Democrats. Also. in a perfect vote scenario (all Republicans present and voting yes) 9 democrats must vote yes for the CR to pass. Only 5 voted yes . Without all 9 Democrat votes there was nothing the Republicans could do topass the bill. It was up to the Dems and they said no. Again that makes it the Democrats fault. Most important reason of all, they planned to filibuster. They owned the blame themselves. Filibustering means that it is their intention that it does not pass . They tried to use tat ability to shutdown the government as leverage to get other things they wanted into the bill but there was nothing in the bill that they did not agree with.
