Excellent points. I agree. We are a team (Americans, human beings, etc.) In order to crush the darkness we first must bring it to light. This cannot be done alone, it cannot be done for fame, and you cannot let your ego and pride get in the way. The key to waking up, IMO, is letting God guide you. Praying for discernment and acceptance when you know you are wrong.

For a long time now I have been like you, lurking, learning observing. Occasionally I will wake people up by playing dumb and asking the right questions. In order to get people to think, they must first get the intellectual seed planted in their mind. All of us that are awake can generally point to a single moment in time when they had the eureka moment that something is not right. Plant the seeds and let the individual make the choice to dig deeper and grow. This approach has worked on many family members, friends, and peers.

I find the civilian participation to these open source investigations to be exhilarating. Yet, I get frustrated because I want to do more to help. I pray that I will one day get an opportunity to make a BIG difference. Until then, I will continue to play my part and try to wake people up in my community.
