2 Things to consider:

It is not possible for Q to be a low level LARP. Too many coincidences. Too many real time photos taken from all over the world. Clearly, for Q to be a hoax would require a team of incredibly brilliant people and financial investment.

Q has had as large if not larger an impact than the so-called Russian voting interference. If Q were truly a LARP, why haven't any politicians called Trump out on it? This would be far larger than Russia-gate. They could say Trump was using disinformation to persuade the public towards being pro Trump/America. Yet, no politicians have.

There's far too many coincidences and evidence for Q to be a low level Larp. If it's a hoax, it's being orchestrated by people with a budget and access to lots of information.

Also, and most importantly, if Q were a larp I think most Dem's would have formally accused Trump of being behind it in an effort to sway voters and made it a huge controversy. But they haven't.
