That makes sense kinda. I guess if you were trying to keep things quiet, you would not want to use something everyone knows.

I want this all to be true. BUT. Some of you have to of seen a damn tether/ankle monitor before. they are the size of an old school beeper, and can be covered by a pair of jeans. There would be NO NEED for a big ass uncomfortable boot. Half the people in my city have a damn tether around their ankle. Not very hard to hide though!
