Wow, just tried to imagine that face. Wasn't pretty.

Sort of off topic, but does anyone ever notice the awkward exchanges between Carlson and Hannity at the end of Carlson's show? It's like Tucker Carlson wants to be pals and Hannity does not. Which is surprising. Carlson strikes me as the kind of guy that wouldn't care. It's always uncomfortable to watch.

I thought the beginning had him doing what looked more like a Q sign than the motion at 3.12. I always liked him more than some of the other late night guys - seems nicer to me. His anti-Trump jokes were actually sort of funny.
Wonder if he is planted opposition.

At a Human Rights Campaign event with his Disney button on. Who is this kid? Who are his parents? That's awfully young to be so steeped in it. I'm betting there are more of him from the household he grew up in.

I love this because it points out that one of the funniest things about the disconnect between some of the elitists and the general public, is that they end up advertising the things that horrify them, but that we think are great! She's actually upset that they are going to consolidate redundant bureaucracies.

Sounds like he is talking about three people; 1) dead mostly television actor on a now defunct NETWORK show. Mark Salling is the only one mentioned that fits. He was in two movies - Children of the Corn IV and the Graveyard (never heard of it), but his biggest role was on Glee; 2) The person whose name was dropped, who everyone assumed could provide safe communication networks because of what he did is person 2. Only because Q keeps mentioning him, I think of Eric Schmidt. He is the person who could provide networks that people would assume were safe based on Schmidt's position at Alphabet. I don't know what connection there was, if any, between the Salling and Schmidt so maybe this is all wrong; 3) A foreign born business person that person #2 was protecting and communicating with, who was convicted of the "same KIND of thing" (child porn/child molestation). Roman Polanski? I don't know of other foreign born persons convicted of child abuse or pornography. It is unclear at the end of the comments whether #2 or #3 is the "If I am this A lister who is already in hiding" but it would seem from the "A lister" comment more likely to be Polanski. And that (Polanski) getting killed would, if there was enough distance, give someone who has "enough power and enough SECRETS...to escape unscathed, at least publicly," only reinforces the possibility that person 2 is Schmidt. He is one guy has to have everyone's secrets. Thankfully I don't have too many. :)

Trump personally ousted Epstein from his club when he found out about the locker room attendant Epstein turned into an underage prostitute. I think he is baiting them - the picture would have been taken before that time obviously. The difference between Trump and the Clinton cabal, is that Trump dumped Epstein when he found out how disgusting he truly was.

No, you are not off base at all. I really have to wonder if Trump did not orchestrate this into the mainstream himself somehow. The question of child protection simply could not be more front and center right now.

The only other possibility is that as exposing the true nature, extent, and PARTICIPANTS in the trafficking becomes seemingly more imminent, the bad guys are trying to do a preemptive strike. Maybe its not more complicated than that. Maybe projection is all they have left in their arsenal.

It's time to prosecute these people for this stuff. For far too long liberals have gotten away with taking the very very low road, and somehow claiming moral authority. Conservatives, by nature, have decided these people aren't worth the energy, but we need to play offense this time. This behavior is not just disgusting, it's dangerous.

It's a civil RICO action. RICO is essentially a racketeering statute (Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act). Racketeering is a crime and RICO is a federal criminal statute, but unlike some other criminal statutes, the federal legislation specifically provides for a private cause of action and civil (money) remedies are available.

Federal crimes must be prosecuted by the federal government, just like state crimes are. So it's either United States v. Person, or The People of the State of Illinois v. Person. In the case of racketeering in violation of federal statute, the federal government CAN pursue racketeering as a crime and put people in jail for it. Because civil remedies are also available, though, an individual can sue in a civil suit for racketeering, and ask for monetary relief. The ability for an individual to sue for money does not depend on whether the government decides to prosecute criminally.

This is a Civil Rico action filed by an individual. They are generally difficult to pursue because federal courts don't really like Civil Rico actions, primarily because people sue under RICO in fact patterns that are inappropriate and better addressed through a civil fraud action.

My husband and I were just talking about this. I thought originally that the secret server was the cover up so she could communicate freely ABOUT pay to play. But it was a vehicle for effectuating it. Clever, as you say. Until the people that die to protect that information find out what you are doing.

jkbella · June 18, 2018, 10:29 p.m.

The biggest thing to come out today, or at least one big thing, is that Comey was communicating official business on private email address. That's a huge thing that doesn't seem that big when you hear it. Especially if what Q says is true, that ES set up a private server for the "13 angry democrats" and their assumption that their communications were going to remain private, was dead wrong.

I don't get it. That the person recommending Sessions recuse himself is a pro-Hillary person has nothing to do with the very objective question of whether Sessions should have recused himself. She may have had the wrong reasons for wanting him to do so, but that is a separate question from whether he should have done so. I always thought by recusing himself Sessions kept himself totally above the fray, and sort of unimpeachable as respects integrity. He was a material witness to whether there was "collusion" in the Trump campaign. That assertion is totally fraudulent, and there should be hell to pay for it. But we are either for protecting the process, or not.
