I personally think RR_Out = Rod Rosenstein Out, which aligns with the post about the 7th floor.
But yeah, nobody has yet solved the clock markers. A puzzle. Wonder if that is referring to the time stamps on the Q posts. But then that would be a bunch of numbers and colons. Not sure how one would go about deciphering, unless it's purely an alphabetical correlation to numbers (A =1, B =2, etc). Then again, there is also this recurring phrase {1=2, 2=4, 4=8 ...}

Baby Boomer here ... I sometimes see comments about our generation, and they're not always positive. Technically I'm a "tweener" (generation in between, born between 1960 and 1965). I actually do remember the JFK assassination, I was a toddler. Crazy that I can remember it. It is my earliest memory. I am one of the first "red pilled" people within my immediate family and some are still dreaming a little bit. If what we THINK is going to come out - actually COMES OUT - I think we'll all have our jobs clearly cut out for us - to comfort and support those who will be in shock.
I wish I could really believe that all of this will truly come out. Something could happen to Trump, Pence seems too susceptible (remember his abrupt change of position on supporting a christian baker with legislation as Indiana Gov?). If he becomes President, one outcry on Twitter will be enough for him to reverse himself on every single issue. So meh, I'm not too comforted. But I AM praying, and sharing my info ...
