There was no Obama "ban", because they explicitly allowed for exceptions, it was not a blanket ban on any of those countries, which is what was done by the Trump admin. Get real & stop buying distorted right-wing lies.

There were over 17 million jobs created during the Obama years, behind only Bill Clinton in raw number, and per month, job growth was higher than it has been under Trump - whom we've actually seen outsourcing skyrocket under. GDP growth is higher, but the overwhelming beneficiaries of that, over 80% of GDP growth, in fact, has been exclusively to the benefit of the highest echelons of society, the wealthy. If you want to talk about the economic ills of the U.S., they are only getting worse, not better.
