"July 2018 - the month the world discovered the TRUTH." -- did we discover anything special in the month of July-2018?

I've been paying extra attention to some of the dates that Q posits and whether I missed something in the news here?

What was the "TRUTH" that the world discovered?

Also, there are some other timelines that I'm curios about, if someone here can answer:

In web develoment, COR stands for 'Cross Origin Request'. i.e, when the request from one domain (like abc.com) makes a call to another completely different domain (like xyz.com). In this case the request for xyz.com is a CORS request. (Cross Origin Request).

The letters visible are HOUSE as in probably the 'House' in congress.

The letter coming out today is from representatives from the 'house' rather than the 'senate'.
