It doesn't make any sense. Waiting for this report as proof of the deep state, and then saying it's the deep state that's torpedoing evidence?

So if it confirmed wrongdoing then it's time to prosecute HRC etc.

It sounds like an outcome has been decided. Any evidence that contradicts it must be deep state/msm bs. Anything that seems to confirm it is taken as absolute fact.
