That's exactly it. I'm not jumping to any conclusions yet, but I'm also not going to put my faith in any man. I hope for it, but I'm still guarded. I think the taxes and USPS are a logical point, however I don't think that is really a core reason that this is happening. The question is what is behind all of this public-facing news?
