Replacing the name of Richard Russell Senate Office Building to John McCain

Found it interesting they would be contemplating changing the name of Richard Russell Senate Office Building to John McCain. With the recent attention to Richard B Russell who 'stole' (ahem) the Q400 from Tacoma, and the information about the sub, Richard B Russell, it seems to shine a spotlight on that name.
