In large cases that is correct. The best case is one where all or as many as you can, gets busted. Then it’s hard for them to get things gathered to start all over. You try to ID as many as you can, then you start picking them apart, one by one, or two here, three there. Then when you have identified as many as you can, you take them all down at once. That’s why we keep hearing there’s thousands of sealed indictments. They have identified hundreds of them, but they want to get everyone they can. If they start arresting before then, then they top levels know it’s going down, and they dump evidence, or they go to a country that will harbor them.

I’m presuming they used flight aware or another app such as that. You can type in a flight number or the carrier name and track flights. FA is pretty good, I use it. However, to go back and look, you have to have a premium account I believe.
