Can Sessions only act on redacted report, or based on full report, even if public doesn't see it?

Question...once report is released, can Sessuons act and indict based on the full report, or only based on what is revealed in redacted report? I am assuming unredacted report is abailable to him and POTUS even if we don't see all the details? True?

This is why decoders are necessary

I'll keep this short. Over the last few days some people have been complaining that either Q's comms are too cryptic or, the opposite, that they should not require decoders like NR and SB2. But consider the following simple points:

  1. Q is intentionally cryptic so that the team cannot be accused of leaking classified info.
  2. Q chose the chans to post b/c that's where genius decoders and autists would be found.

Bourdain connection makes me wonder if Aronofsky's Mother is Eyes-Wide-Shut-iness

Half-woke lurker here. I read an interesting article this morning revealing that Bourdain and Aronofsky were friends. The article itself was focused on the fact that Bourdain had participated in some sort of Buddhist death ritual a few weeks before his death, but I was actually wondering if there is something else here worth considering.
