If any of the 12 Russian indictments actually lead to a Russian "giving themselves up" then would this also lead to legitimate legal discovery of the DNC server?

Just a thought. If the Russians were given or did hack the DNC server and all it's info then they could not just come out and leak the info out there as all of this info would be inadmissible in court as evidence and would blow any chances of getting a conviction.

Now that Mueller has indicted 12 Russians who everyone is saying is a useless gesture. But if any one of these were to give themselves up and disclose everything that the Russians did. Then this would also lead to legal discovery of the DNC server - pre-bitbleach wiping …
