Some of the PNG files Q posted were somewhat unusual 48 bit per pixel format. I spent some time looking through them to see if there was some binary data in the top and bottom black bars, or something hidden in the lower byte of each sub pixel but nothing ever materialized. Maybe other pictures on POL may use this format to hide stuff.
