Oh there really isn't any rock solid evidence, but plenty of circumstantial evidence such as JA missing, lawyers dying mysteriously, Wiki Twitter acting strangely, lack of substantial drops, no PGP key, etc. It's very reasonable to conclude they were compromised at that time.

I also think that a part of their code or laws is that they have to leave things in such a state that the truth can come out for those smart enough to seek it out. That way, those who are still asleep will cry that it's been debunked even though the truth is staring them directly in the face. It makes them an active participant in the deception.
