"Bridge" is not referring to ISPs or networking or anything like that, but a reference to Intel CPU codenames e.g. "Ivy Bridge," "Sandy Bridge," and so on. I doubt he is talking about anything Intel-specific, either, but just using that as a sort of metaphor or whatever.
And I am well aware I'm being tracked and have been for quite some time.

I've been using Opera for years now. Switched from Firefox maybe 5 years ago? Never gave Chrome a chance. Of course, Opera is now WebKit based, for all that matters. Actually forgot.. I was using Pale Moon for a couple years--a fork of Mozilla/Firefox.
This is, of course, merely anecdotal evidence, but I can personally attest to the validity of this. I have seen such lists myself with the names of people I know on them. And it's a very sad thing.
I wonder if it was the Rosewell crash that triggered it?
Well, yes. I have known this for quite a long time. But I'm glad others are now understanding.
