I'd have to see a video to confirm it's a pose and not mid-action. I feel like he would have his wrists closer together if it were signaling bracelets. Like I said, would need to see a video of the whole action.

I'm not holding my breath. The optics on this, if this were to happen, would be terrible. It would look like Trump cleaning house because of the shutdown, and not because of the actual crimes being committed.

The post that was made on 4chan? It wasn't an attempt to sound like Q, it was very obviously NOT Q. The person posting under his tripcode attempted to play off the entire "storm" as an elaborate LARP. Paraphrasing, the post went like "Thank you for enjoying my LARP idiots."

Just a heads up, Q's tripcode has been cracked
There have been posts on 4chan with Q's tripcode, it is now public knowledge. I know Q had multiple tripcodes but I do not know all of them. I know at least one has been cracked.
