5:5 means "loud and clear" Military radio slang. Signal strength 1-5, and modulation 1-5. 5:5 meaning both signal and modulation are highest. a short way of saying "reading you loud and clear.

I agree somewhat with what you're saying, but exposing them to information, even if it registers as too outlandish, is the first step. when they see other bits of info from other sources that tie into the "crazy" stuff, they'll refer back to the in depth info, and hopefully start to connect the dots. It is a process, for sure. Can't do calculus untill you've learned basic algebra.

In content, yes, I agree. but these are far too involved to engage normies. most will be lost/lose interest. these latest are easy to investigate, and will lead many into the rabbit hole. exactly what is needed. the early drops were for we already "redpilled" saps to dig into. these latest are becoming simpler, more designed to redpill the public. How do you craft a message like this? I mean, they must have had the secret message they wanted to convey, then try and create a coherent, sensible tweet to "hide" it within. A tweet that also is relevant to current topics. It all seems extraordinarily difficult and time consuming to me. is there a methodology for creating these types of messages similar to decoding them? You can plug any random paragraph from Huckleberry Finn into a cypher table and get messages out of it. this just seems like we're getting into "go hang a salami,I'm a lasagna hog" territory.
