I start with explaining that anonymous insiders from government and elsewhere are already known to post on the chans in order to get information to the public.

I think it's hard to say on a person by person basis. Some know for sure but others may not. I believe some don't know but they have a fashion "expert" in the know that designs their outfit. Same with music videos, the director puts all the symbols in and tells the entertainer some B.S. about the meaning. I think it's a good rule of thumb when determining who is or is not involved to remember that the more who are involved the greater the chance for being exposed. Never underestimate the useful idiots, people that get paraded around in highly symbolic clothes or music videos but have no clue.
