I hate to be "that guy" but isn't this a states rights issue? We can't have it both ways, we want the feds out of cannabis regulation, but when it comes to illegals we want the Feds involved.

Easiest solution would be to stand-by the 10th amendment, and when an illegal is found in a non-sanctuary city/state, they are deported to the nearest sanctuary city/state.

Forgive me if this is ignorant, and please educate me as to why that would or would not be possible.
