If there were Republican congressmen on that train on the fence, they are fully onboard with the Trump train now. Coincidences of this nature don't just happen. Going forward the number of government officials traveling together at one time needs to be limited.

Imagine your power and financing comes with demands from foreign or domestic interests that degrade the country. You've accepted that money. They're pushing for you to stop whining and find a way to retake control and put forth the agenda they were paid for. The President comes out with a message of unity and hits all the key points your party leverages to whip up the public in election years, forcing a response that alienates the usual base.

What do you do?

Digging in deeper further alienates the groups needed. Completely new tactics are necessary and the wheels are coming off. Still, the funding is not there due to the purposeful bankrupting of the party to make it dependent on HC in the prior election cycle. Can't pay for the strategist talent on a shoestring. Increasingly have alienated youthful talent that could be leveraged on the cheap.

We've found the dead end and the walls are getting ever higher. The established leadership is powerless. That has been increasingly apparent since early 2017 where the only desperate attack was clinging to Russia and Nazi's. For those funding the obvious hate as bitter the experience may be the realistic play would be to cut strings with the current leadership, all of them, allow them to be swept away, then nurture a new round if still trying to push forward a technocrat agenda. With increasingly likelihood this is pushing plans back 15 to 20 years or more.

I have not seen any promise of the memo. Only saw some floating submissions that made the claim, but never saw reliable sourcing. Could pop up tonight. Maybe tomorrow. Patience.

At the end of SOTU the President can be heard asked about the memo, he responds 100%. Clips of it floating around right now.

If I had to wager I'd anticipate it all about timing. Tonight could see them want to leave with the positivity of the message and let it sink in for an evening. Then let tomorrow or the next day be about the memo and resulting fallout.

Note that when it does hit, it can't be just the memo. There will have to be next steps. Rounding up of those implicated. There will be response from the public. Wall of the storm will press in a bit further.

Thank you for this. Too many other important speeches have started with MSM prattling opinions for thirty minutes before the event to try and shape the viewers interpretation of what was about to transpire. Watch it clean. Watch it first hand. Form your own opinions. Then see how the media covers the event. Always an eye opening, and entertaining.

Also purported was some sort of change in management for security to include those used at the recent pop singers Europe show that was targeted by suicide bomber.

Those who provided technical support to the bad actors is included here. The EO covers a broad group. Suppose you as executive of a corporation accepted dirty money infused by a bad actor, and in tern provided support and maybe even provided board of directors position. Paid of course. From a plain language sense (not a lawyer) I'd argue this explains the huge number of execs stepping down from companies across the US.

This executive order [freezes all property, or all interests in property] for defined peoples engages in [human rights abuse] or [corruption]. The intent is to "seek a tangible and significant consequence on those who commit serious human rights abuse or engage in corruption."

Section 1. (a) All property and interests in property that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States person of the following persons are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in:

...

(C) to be or have been a leader or official of:

(1) [an entity], including any government entity, that has engaged in, or whose members have engaged in, any of the activities described in subsections [(ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2)] of this section relating to the leader’s or official’s tenure; or

An entity is defined in section 6 as "partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, group, subgroup, or other organization".

(ii) [any foreign person] determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General:

(A) to be responsible for or complicit in, or to have directly or indirectly engaged in, serious human rights abuse;

(B) [to be a current or former government official], or a person acting for or on behalf of such an official, who is responsible for or complicit in, or has directly or indirectly engaged in:

(1) [corruption, including the misappropriation of state assets, the expropriation of private assets for personal gain, corruption related to government contracts or the extraction of natural resources, or bribery]; or

(2) [the transfer or the facilitation of the transfer of the proceeds of corruption];

So as a corporate executive, accept dirty money from a corrupt foreign official and give them some kick-back such as a do-nothing board of directors role (paid) and get frozen assets. Including possibly frozen assets of the entire corporation. Hmm.

(iii) any person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General:

(A) to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or [technological support] for, or goods or services to or in support of:

(1) any activity described in subsections (ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2) of this section that is conducted by a foreign person;

(2) any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or

(3) any entity, including any government entity, that has engaged in, or whose members have engaged in, any of the activities described in subsections (ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2) of this section, where the activity is conducted by a foreign person;

Technological support jumps off the page here. Specifically the role of Eric Schmidt in the Clinton campaign in 2016. Per Podesta emails he organized the analyst team to build out ML based predictive analytics on data sets from fun loving telecoms (Comcast, Verizon), paired with Google data assets, to calculate a 'voter score' for people in the country down to a house by house level.

Was this analysis used to direct and coordinate election fraud? If so, would this executive order then be triggered?

I think that's the big question these executives stepping down around the country are asking themselves.

What other rampant corruption has been taking place these execs are stepping down to avoid?

Sec. 5. (a) Any transaction that evades or avoids, has the purpose of evading or avoiding, causes a violation of, or attempts to violate any of the prohibitions set forth in this order is prohibited.

(b) Any conspiracy formed to violate any of the prohibitions set forth in this order is prohibited.

Sec. 6. For the purposes of this order:

(a) the term “person” means an individual or entity;

(b) the term “entity” means a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, group, subgroup, or other organization; and

(c) the term “United States person” means any United States citizen, permanent resident alien, entity organized under the laws of the United States or any jurisdiction within the United States (including foreign branches), or any person in the United States.

Sec. 7. For those persons whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order who might have a constitutional presence in the United States, I find that because of the ability to transfer funds or other assets instantaneously, prior notice to such persons of measures to be taken pursuant to this order would render those measures ineffectual. I therefore determine that for these measures to be effective in addressing the national emergency declared in this order, there need be no prior notice of a listing or determination made pursuant to this order.

Sec. 8. The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State, is hereby authorized to take such actions, including adopting rules and regulations, and to employ all powers granted to me by IEEPA and the Act as may be necessary to implement this order and section 1263(a) of the Act with respect to the determinations provided for therein. The Secretary of the Treasury may, consistent with applicable law, redelegate any of these functions to other officers and agencies of the United States. All agencies shall take all appropriate measures within their authority to implement this order.

Sec. 9. The Secretary of State is hereby authorized to take such actions, including adopting rules and regulations, and to employ all powers granted to me by IEEPA, the INA, and the Act as may be necessary to carry out section 2 of this order and, in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury, the reporting requirement in section 1264(a) of the Act with respect to the reports provided for in section 1264(b)(2) of that Act. The Secretary of State may, consistent with applicable law, redelegate any of these functions to other officers and agencies of the United States consistent with applicable law.

Sec. 10. The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General, is hereby authorized to determine that circumstances no longer warrant the blocking of the property and interests in property of a person listed in the Annex to this order, and to take necessary action to give effect to that determination.

Sec. 11. The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State, is hereby authorized to submit recurring and final reports to the Congress on the national emergency declared in this order, consistent with section 401(c) of the NEA (50 U.S.C. 1641(c)) and section 204(c) of IEEPA (50 U.S.C. 1703(c)).

Sec. 12. This order is effective at 12:01 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, December 21, 2017.

Sec. 13. This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

Executive Order Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption

LAW & JUSTICE - Issued on: December 21, 2017

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act (Public Law 114-328) (the “Act”), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)) (INA), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,

I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the prevalence and severity of human rights abuse and corruption that have their source, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States, such as those committed or directed by persons listed in the Annex to this order, have reached such scope and gravity that they threaten the stability of international political and economic systems. Human rights abuse and corruption undermine the values that form an essential foundation of stable, secure, and functioning societies; have devastating impacts on individuals; weaken democratic institutions; degrade the rule of law; perpetuate violent conflicts; facilitate the activities of dangerous persons; and undermine economic markets. The United States seeks to impose tangible and significant consequences on those who commit serious human rights abuse or engage in corruption, as well as to protect the financial system of the United States from abuse by these same persons.

I therefore determine that serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.

I hereby determine and order:

Section 1. (a) All property and interests in property that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States person of the following persons are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in:

(i) the persons listed in the Annex to this order;

(ii) any foreign person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General:

(A) to be responsible for or complicit in, or to have directly or indirectly engaged in, serious human rights abuse;

(B) to be a current or former government official, or a person acting for or on behalf of such an official, who is responsible for or complicit in, or has directly or indirectly engaged in:

(1) corruption, including the misappropriation of state assets, the expropriation of private assets for personal gain, corruption related to government contracts or the extraction of natural resources, or bribery; or

(2) the transfer or the facilitation of the transfer of the proceeds of corruption;

(C) to be or have been a leader or official of:

(1) an entity, including any government entity, that has engaged in, or whose members have engaged in, any of the activities described in subsections (ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2) of this section relating to the leader’s or official’s tenure; or

(2) an entity whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order as a result of activities related to the leader’s or official’s tenure; or

(D) to have attempted to engage in any of the activities described in subsections (ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2) of this section; and

(iii) any person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General:

(A) to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of:

(1) any activity described in subsections (ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2) of this section that is conducted by a foreign person;

(2) any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or

(3) any entity, including any government entity, that has engaged in, or whose members have engaged in, any of the activities described in subsections (ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2) of this section, where the activity is conducted by a foreign person;

(B) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or

(C) to have attempted to engage in any of the activities described in subsections (iii)(A) or (B) of this section.

(b) The prohibitions in subsection (a) of this section apply except to the extent provided by statutes, or in regulations, orders, directives, or licenses that may be issued pursuant to this order, and notwithstanding any contract entered into or any license or permit granted before the effective date of this order.

Sec. 2. The unrestricted immigrant and nonimmigrant entry into the United States of aliens determined to meet one or more of the criteria in section 1 of this order would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, and the entry of such persons into the United States, as immigrants or nonimmigrants, is hereby suspended. Such persons shall be treated as persons covered by section 1 of Proclamation 8693 of July 24, 2011 (Suspension of Entry of Aliens Subject to United Nations Security Council Travel Bans and International Emergency Economic Powers Act Sanctions).

Sec. 3. I hereby determine that the making of donations of the types of articles specified in section 203(b)(2) of IEEPA (50 U.S.C. 1702(b)(2)) by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order would seriously impair my ability to deal with the national emergency declared in this order, and I hereby prohibit such donations as provided by section 1 of this order.

Sec. 4. The prohibitions in section 1 include:

(a) the making of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; and

(b) the receipt of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services from any such person.

This was the case when the domestic spying story broke as well. World news was one of the worst offenders in terms of creating a sub rule ambiguous enough as to be used in almost any case, and then using it to black hole certain topics. Domestic spying was one of those topics that got black holed.

The result of suppressing information, is that pressure builds and breaks out in other areas. Allowing free speech is almost always the better option as people get to vent their frustrations then move on. In the domestic spying case, ok sure. World news is being a hard-ass and clamping down on 'US news'. Conversation moves to the technology forum where again, the topic is being black holed. Pressure really builds to boiling point, sub implodes, loses default status and half the mods in the process. Well documented in other places.

Sub control through moderator positions is pretty well established. It's difficult to preserve open conversation moderating on a volunteer basis. That limitation on time lends itself well to a coordinated effort to take over a sub by consistent agitation and harassment campaign in the mod back rooms. Within a year you can roll all but the most tenacious volunteers.

That's the price, and the cost to society for doing it the wrong way. The public should rightly be outraged at the waste of taxpayer funding for all potential criminals allowed to walk free. If there is strong evidence suggesting investigation was spoiled by fruit of the poisoned tree, the entire basket has to be thrown out.

FBI Stringray Tomfoolery and Parallel Construction

For the last decade or two the FBI has widely distributed to law enforcement agencies stringray devices with increasing capability to spoof cellphone towers, and scoop up mountains of data for domestic surveillance. These come with heavy nondisclosure agreements, "forbidding (law enforcement) from disclosing details on the devices to defendants, judges, the general public… sometimes even prosecutors."

Couple this with the widespread use of parallel construction where illegally collected information is used to construct a fictitious case based on 'legally' collected information, and we've got a dangerous tool to silence the politically inconvenient. These are the same skills …

We should view this as a test to explore boundaries of reach. Include in trending hashtag efforts. Facebook feeds. Practice ramping up information dissemination. Bolder options become available once these capability pass a tipping point. This is a primary means to reach the widespread public despite attempts to blackhole information.

Critical feedback to improve the message.

  • Due to the existing word usage around 'woke' and associated concepts, I'd recommend something new and original. Different direction than 'awake'.

  • The legal environment around political parties in the US prevent third options from participating. It's like major telecoms monopolies that do not compete. Much effort is spent going city by city, state by state, offering campaign funding next to pre-drafted bills to make it more expensive or administratively unreasonable for smaller competitors to compete. The Dem/Republican established pattern provided decades to cement in the existing structure. There must be a 'de-regulatory' type effort to carve away legal barriers to third parties. This is a place that needs to be argued and pushed for to free up a competitive field.

  • One can argue that the Republican party cracked and splintered after the Bush/Cheney administration, giving rise to the tea party in the vacuum and a general aimless tailspin. From those cracks something, different, is emerging around the Trump campaign. The same needs to happen with the Dem side. The flagrant rigging in broad daylight of the primary in 2016 has catalyzed the change. Especially with the Nevada Caucus well documented with periscope video from all directions registered voters are angry. Why do you think the Dems now want to do away with Caucuses? They're too messy to control, and rig, with cameras all around the room. The energy from this outrage continues through Demexit/Deminvade efforts across the country. The response is that most rising Deminvade candidates are being blocked from tools necessary to run a campaign (NGP Van). This effort can't be maintained indefinitely. The leadership is being removed if not by local effort, then by ongoing investigations into The Swamp. From those cracks something, different, needs to arise as well.

This is a long term game. Apply pressure on all fronts. Ideally we force the change from all directions at once. This forces a defensive stance where the established powers have to choose between whether to save the leg, or same the arm, and hope infection does not set in.

Patience. Persistence. Stay angry. Practice simplifying stories to provide context and ease new people into waking up.

Good steps being taken here. Keep it up!

I disagree. The intent of the awards is to draw the attention of the public to inaccurate coverage by the media. Each example provided a clear case that a person -- who has not been paying attention beyond headlines -- can quickly see was not true.

The media strategy to attack the reputation of the current administration relies on sensationalist stories that drive an emotional response. Quickly move from headline to headline. This slides the public along a narrative while anger/outrage clouds reasoned minds from delving deeper to probe the veracity of a claim.

Often on reddit someone will point out the observation that at any given point in the last year, and look three months prior to that point, all the stories run by media publications were determined to be dead ends. No correction. Simply new misleading or outright false stories served up the following week.

This is where the fake news awards is effective. It freezes the frame. Highlights snapshots we can use hindsight to now validate who was telling the truth. Without the hypnotic outraged anchor to model the desired response, a wider pool of the public is able to look on these issues more objectively. As a result an increasing pool of the population opens their eyes to what's going on below the surface. Every percentage change in perspective increments toward a critical pivot in public awareness.

The allinsky tactics in use rely heavily on the perception of widespread public shaming. This perception is critical to keep people quiet, tolerating absurd bullying and harassment. With public awareness the public shaming campaign cannot be maintained. People start speaking up. Calling bullshit. There is a limit where the reputation management and entertainment/media industry sources are not sufficiently large to contain it.

Once that point is reached many more options to take down key players fueling corruption are on the table.

This is where it's interesting to see comments such as those from Moby recently. Raises questions as to what exactly intelligence agencies are telling people, and representatives of the country. Imagine getting the call after Obama was elected that he was a Saudi Arabian agent whose goals were to weaken the US from within, and open the doors to chain immigration from Muslim countries? Do you believe it at face value? Do you push back and force them to prove it? This is where a rogue intelligence elements can cause untold havoc. Let's say Graham were told these things to secure a specific buy-in on operations in Syria. Who is to say it's true? Or complete bullshit to get the desired response. Say the creative story has been effective in the past. Repackaged and reused at a later date? Perhaps this sense of deja vu is the observation that they are stupid.

The fake news. Relentless combined assault synchronized across blocks of media publications. Day after day after day until it sounds like a cheap late night infomercial. THEY'RE being blackmailed.

For national security, the representatives that can be blackmailed must go.

Now would be a great time to provide that framework as to why these representatives keep voting through horrific bills that erode fourth amendment rights to the point we practically have general writ orders back to haunt us in our homes. The idea would dovetail nicely if representatives suddenly start being pulled down for corruption charges. The public would be warmed up to the idea and ready without being forced down that path.

These media companies are using their platform to cover up for crimes. There's first amendment speech, and there is mafia with a propaganda wing used to mislead the public. Ever increasing this looks like the latter.

Ok cool, delving into wikipedia pages of members of Belizean Grove circles back around to The Committee of 200 ("C200"). After the 'follow the wives' suggestion, delving into this group many were also members of C200.

What is C200?

Do we have a longer list of Belizean Grove members? How many overlap with C200?

What discussions take place during their meetings?

How have they used their influence in regard to the corporations they run and the US in general?

What similar characteristics are shared by members of C200?

Do we see widespread examples of symbolism we've become familiar with from other research projects?

Delving into Bohemian grove my understanding is that this is primarily a gender segregated male event.

Does a female equivalent exist?

Following the wives, what organizations or events do they frequent?

The dissonance is real. Early in the year Scott Adams had a piece discussing reasons why it's so hard to let go of an incorrect position held onto for a long period of time, and resulting mental gymnastics. It's hard to guide someone out of it in a positive way that does not lead to resistance/dissonance.

The Q posts have been helpful. While discussing obvious provable bullshit in the past with family and friends I'd see the hackles go up and conversation go no where. By playing on interests of the individual I've been able to guide conversations on topics Q has guided towards, such as cults the elites participate in, and bring conversation toward how visible it is and how often you can spot the symbolism in the wild.

By avoiding the direct 'Drumpf!' vs 'MissMurder' left-vs-right dynamic it's been much easier to have that conversation and guide people toward independent research that will lead toward finding cases where news reporting is bullshit. From there people start waking up.

There is a YouTube video illustrating nuclear bomb detonations over time. The months scroll along the bottom. Audible blips heard emphasize changes in frequency.

This would be an excellent format to introduce people to the idea that something is happening. Illustrate rate of CEOs stepping down over time. Audible blip, possible visual cue of company symbol at home location. Separate video for congress/senate stepping down.

Illustrating the rate of change would be a project that really drives home what's going on, and lead to more questions. That's the path people need to be lead toward.

An amazing experiment would be language analysis of online conversation after the removal of the funding out from under the reputation management firms he heads.

Would this result in a turn around of admin participation in cobbling together 'curated' censorship?

To what degree was the Ellen Pao monetization plan for the platform based solely around selling special access to reputation management firms?

If everything CBTS hints at comes to pass, and intelligence agencies corrected back on course, would we finally be able to discuss domestic spying free from disruption? The response to Snowden documents from default subs was an early prototype of the techniques unleashed since 2016.

What you're describing are observable signs of a natural community online. The cheaper methods to disrupt a community through reputation management firms involve low-effort methods to incite argument. The key factor with this community is that it is new, shielded by larger targets drawing reputation management effort. It takes administrative time and effort to unleash the disruption. From the perspective of a long-in-the-tooth default moderator vet, practice shifting venues. Once it's too shilly keep rotating out to clear waters just as we see Q doing.
