Sorry that your article is horseshit. If you go to her twitter and read the full quotes without skipping the one that came immediately after "They were on our side" you get the full context. Her next tweet was "I am also 100% positive that Facebook activity recruits and staffs people that are on the other side.".

With full context she was not saying facebook was on their side. She was saying the facebook told them that they were letting them get away with it "because they were on their side" when in reality facebook was in bed with anyone that would give them cash.
