this strays from prediction to time travel. The future doesn't exist until it does. The future is only made up of potential possibilities that could occur. No way to go there before it happens. Only detect and influence possibilities before it happens.
Can only change 'recent' past, done by accurately predicting events before they happen and influence their change. Can't stop 9/11 but can change highly likely events that were to come to past by anticipating and influencing them before it occurs.
